At Yoga Om we teach ashtanga yoga in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabi Jois. Ashtanga Yoga is dynamic and flowing. The practice involves a flowing series of postures. These postures help align the body freeing energy blockages, muscle tension and stress, while the breathing purifies and detoxifies the system. The breath and postures are linked together in a sequence of movements, creating a meditative flow.

Introduction to yoga: 4 week ongoing course, you can start anytime. It works on aMonthly Rotational System. Monthly Rotational System. So you can start whenever you are ready. Bookings Essential.
Beginners Course- (levels 1 & 2) a 6-week course, you learn the basics for an astanga practice. Synchronize breath and movement, and anatomical alignment of posture. Bookings Essential.
Beginners Intensive –Ashtanga Yoga is yoga therapy because we combine breath and movement in a vigorous physical practice.The stretching, squeezing and twisting in the postures helps keep internal organs free of toxins and full of oxygenated blood. 2 weeks, 10 classes, limited to three students at a time. Kundalini Yoga - Kundalini Yoga is an invigorating practice that stimulates the nervous and immune systems, centering the mind. This type of yoga uses sets of exercises (called kriyas), combined with the repetition of certain sounds or words (called mantras) along with meditation and relaxation
Kundalini Conscious Pregnancy- is a very gentle Yoga, focusing on the glandular system. It is a wonderful way to deeply connect with yourself and the unborn child. Mothers are encouraged to bring along some snacks and water. Medical Professionals worldwide recommend Kundalini Conscious Pregnancy courses.
